Ms. Foster has been working with children for almost ten years now. From a young age, she began working with preschool children and made the decision to pursue a career in childcare early on.
Ms. Foster attended William Paterson University right here in Wayne NJ and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Child Development Psychology. After having a son back in 2021, Ms. Foster decided to make a career change into General education where she started working as a PreK teacher.
Ms. Foster is always looking for new ways to grow as an educator. Ms. Foster believes that relationship building is the most fundamental step as a teacher. If a child cannot trust their teacher, they will not learn.
Her aim is to have her students grow, become confident, and independent. She is utilizing the Montessori Method to allow children to become active learners, while having fun and learning through discovery.
