Pioneer Academy changed its chillers which are a very vital component of the air conditioning system. The existing ones were outdated and were more prone to breakage.  We bought more energy efficient systems which will have a direct correlation to lowering the utility bills. These chillers will be fully integrated with the new Building Management Software, so that the system will run the chillers automatically whenever the cooling is needed within the facility.

According to the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans (health.gov), being physically active is one of the most important actions that people of all ages can do to improve their health – both today and in the future. Physically active children have stronger muscles and bones, higher fitness, and lower body fat. They also have a better chance of having healthier adulthood as physical activity reduces the risk for many chronic diseases. Psychological health benefits include higher levels of perceived competence, confidence, self-esteem, and improved life skills, such as goal setting, time management, and work ethic. Pioneer Academy recently renovated the fitness room for this purpose. 

At Pioneer Academy, we consider all aspects of the beautification of the school as a whole. One of the latest undertakings was the enhancement and replacements of the partitions in the middle school and high school student restrooms.
