Eighth Grade Edgar Allan Poe Visualization Project

Eighth Grade Edgar Allan Poe Visualization Project

Eighth grade students are wrapping up their first unit on narrative writing and suspense. Throughout the course of the unit, students have had the opportunity to learn about the life and works of Edgar Allan Poe. As a class, students read several of his poems and short stories. They also had the opportunity to take their learning outside of the classroom with a Trip to Pax Amicus Castle Theatre to witness a performance of his work. To conclude the unit, students created visual representations of the popular author and wrote to address the following question: Who is Edgar Allan Poe?Projects are on display in room 102. Please stop by to check out the projects. Make sure to stop our eighth grade scholars and ask them all about Edgar Allan Poe!-Ms. Kelly Ginart
