Earth Day 2023

Earth Day 2023

Earth Day 2023

Yesterday, upper schoolers got green and rolled up their sleeves for a spotless campus. Armed with garbage bags and gloves, they tackled every nook and cranny before rounding things off under the bright sun. It was amazing how quickly the students worked together picking up every piece of garbage around the campus. The second half of their Earth Day celebration included planting a tree at the back of their campus grounds as an act of giving back to nature. All the students gathered around while Salahedin grabbed hold of shovels and started digging away until there was enough room for planting a seedling tree. When all was said done, everyone stood back with smiles on their faces as they admired what they’d achieved together. Talk about a great way to give Mother Nature the love and attention she deserves.
