Life Savers Club will be hosting a Blood Drive on Wednesday, April 12th, 2017 from 12 PM to 6 PM. There are some requirements to be permitted to donate. Please check below to see if you are eligible:1) You MUST be 16 or over. (Parental consent form required for 16-year-olds)2) You may not have traveled overseas to specific countries in Central America, South America, and Africa in the past three years. If you have traveled in the past three years, please let us know where and which dates.3) You must be in good health. If you are on medication for any reason, please let us know.*Please email lifesavers@pioneeracademy.org if you are interested in donating. We will then give you a permission form to be filled out and signed by your parent or guardian.All donating participants will receive community service hours.For further questions or comments, please email lifesavers@pioneeracademy.org.Help save a life today!
