STEAM WEEK • DAY 2 at Pioneer Academy! From the skies to the science lab, today had it ALL! Students kicked off the morning with an exciting drone competition, mastering precision flying and cheering each other on. Their energy carried straight into our high-spirited STEAM trivia challenge and the fast-paced math competition, where teamwork and quick thinking stole the show. ✨ STEAM Week is officially underway at Pioneer Academy — and we’re off to an epic start! ✨ Today’s kickoff had every grade level buzzing with excitement as we launched Day 1 with a spectacular drone show by the Wayne Police Department Drone Unit, joined by Mayor Vergano, an interactive robotics demonstration, and an inspiring guest speaker, Avani Pandya, an Electrical Engineer in the R&D Department at Con Edison.
