Discounts
-Families with two children enrolled simultaneously will receive a 20% discount on the second tuition payment (equal or lower to the first tuition payment).
-Families with three children enrolled simultaneously will receive a 20% discount on the second tuition payment (equal or lower to the first tuition payment) and a 30% discount on the third tuition payment (equal or lower to the second tuition payment).
-Additional 5% discount for full year payment.
Payments Due Date and Late Fee:
Payment’s due date changes depending on payment schedule. A $25 of late fee is charged to the payments that are more than three days late.
Charges for Insufficient Fund Checks
When a check cannot be collected on its second deposit due to insufficient funds, payment must be made by cash or money order for that month. After two non-sufficient fund checks during the year, all remaining payments must be made by cash or money order. It is further agreed that no child shall continue on a delinquent account beyond two months until the delinquent account is paid in full. No delinquency will be accepted after the child comes back upon the account paid in full.
Refund / Withdrawal Policies
If you withdraw at any time after acceptance, there is no refund of the tuition deposit and any subsequent tuition payments. Parents initiating withdrawal are required to pay the full year’s tuition. If Pioneer Academy of Science terminates enrollment of a student, the family is responsible for payment of tuition for the duration of stay at the school.

Deposit
A 10% deposit is due upon enrollment . The deposit is applied towards your last tuition payment. First tuition payment and materials fee are due by August 1, 2011.
